Friendly and kind front desk, complimentary items if needed (toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.), welcome candy when checking in, free bathroom items. Great outdoor areas. Quiet and easy to relax.
I come to this location and hotel when i am working in the area. This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. Rooms are large, clean, and quiet. Buffet breakfast is a little expensive but it has a range of food for all appetites. I would recommend this hotel if traveling to the area for work or pleasure. It is easy access to downtime and the weather is fantastic.
A resort-style hotel that offers the experience of being in a secluded, leafy part of Mexico. Despite only staying one night, this Holiday Inn perfectly captures the feel of Cuernavaca, the “City of Eternal Spring.” The check-in process was slow, even though the staff was friendly, it moved at a snail’s pace. Once I received my key, I headed to my floor and was surprised to find the hallway where my room was located in complete darkness. I had to use my flashlight on my phone to find my room, which made me feel like I was on an Indiana Jones adventure. Thankfully, my room wasn’t far. I booked a one king bed room with a view, but it was smaller than I had imagined. Still, it was clean, and the bathroom, though a bit tight, was tidy as well. I had a great night’s sleep as the bed was comfortable, though all the pillows were firm, and I prefer softer ones. Breakfast was served in the center of the hotel, enhancing the resort vibe. It was buffet style with an omelette bar, but getting an omelette took longer than expected, despite being the only one waiting, as the cook was busy with other tasks. However, the rest of the staff was very friendly throughout breakfast. Checkout was a bit faster than check-in but still took longer than expected just to get the invoice. Whether traveling for work or leisure, this Holiday Inn offers a resort feel that makes you forget you’re still in the heart of Cuernavaca.
Wonderful place to relax and have a great weekend. Amazing and tasty food, excellent service, hi speed wifi anywhere. Beds are comfortable clean and noiseless.
As of to date, this hotel is actually one of the better. It's very family friendly and typically full of families over the weekend. Weekdays are quiet. They have a small bar with limited number of drinks and closes at 11pm. Food service closes at 11pm too. If arriving later, you will need to get food outside.
Very friendly hotel. Full of green areas inside the premises. Sheets and pillows extremely clean and soft. Valet parking very slow.
